These campaigns are designed to thank early supporters of the platform and to encourage tradespeople across the UK to start protecting and managing their tools using KYNEKT.
Each promotion has its own entry requirements, eligibility rules, and closing dates. Before taking part in any competition or giveaway, please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully.
By entering any KYNEKT promotion you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and agree to the specific terms outlined for that competition.

KYNEKT Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by KYNEKT.ID. References to “KYNEKT”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to the promoter of this competition.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of KYNEKT.ID and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate email addresses or duplicate entries will be counted once.
How to Enter
Participants must complete the official KYNEKT survey and submit a valid email address.
The survey must be completed before the closing date to qualify for entry.
Submission of the survey automatically enters the participant into the prize draw.
Entry Limits
Each participant may only enter the competition once.
Duplicate entries or duplicate email addresses will be removed or counted as a single entry.
Competition Period
The competition closes on 21 March 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be included in the draw.
Prizes
The following prizes are available:
• Two cash prizes of £50 each
• Fifty Greggs sausage roll gift cards
• Fifty Greggs coffee gift cards
Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
Greggs prizes will be issued as gift cards.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during survey submission within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, KYNEKT reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Public Announcement
KYNEKT may announce winners on social media channels. Any public announcement will only occur with the winner’s permission. Prize winners may be required to share a story post featuring their prize and tag Kynekt.id in that post. This helps verify that prizes have been awarded and supports the transparency and credibility of future competitions and promotional campaigns.
Data Protection
Participants must provide a valid email address in order to enter.
Completion of the survey does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
Email addresses will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition unless separate consent has been provided.
General Conditions
KYNEKT reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control. KYNEKT reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Eligibility
Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of KYNEKT.ID and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.
How to Enter
To enter the competition participants must:
• Like the official KYNEKT competition post
• Share the post on their social media page
Participants who also comment “Kynekt” on the competition post after sharing and liking will receive one additional bonus entry.
Entries are only valid when both the like and share actions have been completed.
Where a platform uses different terminology or functions, equivalent actions such as reposting or sharing will qualify.
Competition Period
The competition closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026.
Prize
One winner will receive a £100 cash prize. The prize will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Bonus entries from comments containing “Kynekt” will be counted as an additional entry once the required share and like actions have been completed.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date via direct message or through the platform used for entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, KYNEKT reserves the right to redraw a new winner.
Public Announcement
KYNEKT may announce the winner on social media channels with the winner’s permission. Prize winners may be required to share a story post featuring their prize and tag Kynekt.id in that post. This helps verify that prizes have been awarded and supports the transparency and credibility of future competitions and promotional campaigns.
General Conditions
KYNEKT reserves the right to remove entries that do not meet the entry requirements. KYNEKT reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

KYNEKT App Download and Tool Registration Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by KYNEKT.ID.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of KYNEKT.ID and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.
How to Enter
Participants must complete all of the following steps:
• Download the KYNEKT mobile application
• Create a valid account using accurate personal information
• Register at least one tool within the application
Only accounts that complete all required steps during the promotion period will be entered into the prize draw.
Entry Limits
Each newly created account qualifies for one entry into the draw. Multiple entries using duplicate accounts or incorrect details may be disqualified.
Promotion Period
The promotion closes at 23:59 on 31 May 2026.
Prize
One winner will receive £250 in trade credit. Trade credit may be used to purchase tools or related items at participating or partner retail stores. The trade credit must be used within 6 months of issue. The credit must be used in a single transaction.
Winner Selection
One eligible account will be selected at random from all valid registrations during the promotion period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address registered with their KYNEKT account within 14 days of the promotion closing.
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, KYNEKT reserves the right to redraw another winner.

Account Requirements
Participants must provide a valid email address and accurate details during account registration. The KYNEKT app is free to download. However, entry is only valid when an account is created and at least one tool is registered.
Data Protection
By creating an account within the KYNEKT app, users consent to receiving communications from KYNEKT relating to product use, support, updates, and internal marketing.
KYNEKT will not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Public Announcement
KYNEKT may announce the winner publicly on social media channels with the winner’s permission.
General Conditions
KYNEKT reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraudulent activity. KYNEKT reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary.
